Shipping

The safe delivery of your order whether domestic to UK or global is my priority and I only use professional third-party logistic providers to bring your items to you as safely as possible e.g. DHL, Fedex.

Typically orders are fulfilled within two working days with delivery times as advised by my logistic providers. Delivery times will of course vary depending on the country of destination.

An order will be able to be tracked via a tracking link you will receive by email once the logistic provider has completed the pickup. Please note that the tracking information is sent to you by the third-party delivery service.

As I use third-party providers this service might slightly differ from one order to another. Some shipping companies may provide a possibility to schedule at your convenience though I cannot guarantee this.

Price

Please note that my artwork prices include:

    • Insurance. Your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss.
    • All customs fees, taxes, and document preparation.

Lost or Damaged Artwork

If your artwork package should be damaged take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it is for us both to have the issue resolved should the painting itself prove to be damaged upon opening.

Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with the painting itself, you are eligible for a full refund.

If you choose to be refunded and the painting remains in the condition in which it was shipped you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Return Policy

In case an item doesn’t fit your expectations, or you simply changed your mind, you can ask to return your painting up to 30 days after delivery.
